A week long of fiesta of Vigan characterized by carnivals,parades,musical,extravaganzas,beauty and popularity contest and nightly cultural shows,culminating with the celebration of the "conversasion" of St. Paul Apostle,the town's patron saint,January 25. Within the Vigan Fiesta days,the Longganisa Fiestival is aso celebrated.That's the yearly feast of Vigan City.The happenings are well-love by all people all over the naton and foreigners as well.

"Kannawidan Ylocos Festival."

Kannawidan is a word came from "tawid" meaning heritage or inheritance.Another significant historical event was achieved by the people of Ilocos Sur as the maiden "Kannawidan Ylocos"Festival was successfully held to showcase its long time hidden talents and its old and indigenous costumes,traditions,cultures and products.
Stretching the imagination just a little bit,we see how much the Ilokano loves his Ilocos Sur.The Ilokano,even with the much "progress"he is experiencing today,will always preserve his heritage and his culture.Wherever he may find himself living anywhere around the world,Ilocos will always be his "home."
According to the book:"Kannawidan was first an idea developed in the minds of a group of civic spirited Ilocanos who wanted to promote cultural awareness and preserve the rich historical and cultural heritage of Ilocos Sur.They wanted to rekindle in the youth and future generations the pride of their heritage.The magnificent idea developed and is now and a living reality,Kannawidan,the Iloko Foundation of Arts and Culture."

My Dream, My Future

When I was a kid I'm always telling to myself that someday I can buy everything we need and we want with my family.Then it comes to my mind that yes that day come if I only work hard for my future and as still a young citizen,I must do my responsibility,to study well.
Starting that day,there are questions playing in my mind.How happy I would be when that day comes?Would my parents would be comportable?That questions are some of it...
Now,I am graduating in high school I am nearing to the answers for those questions.
For my college life,I would like to take education.Then after five years,I'll be successful teacher in our own country,and better in abroad.(just dreaming of it).
That are only some of those ambitions that I want to fulfill for my future.Wish me luck:)

Change: It Starts with Me

I can do some good changes in our community.You too:)A young fellow like me can do many changes in our community which lead to its progress.Nowadays,what we want to attain to our country is progress.WE all know that our country is facing many crisis.
We as a student can help even in a little way but very useful in its always starts in ourselves.As a student I still have responsibilities to do in school.First of all,of course,to attain your discipline.It shows that we are studying well as a part of our responsibilities.We must also abide by the rules and regulations of the school and all student organizations and respect the good name of school,the faculty,students and other members of the school community.Our school is very important so we must take care of it and maintain cleanliness and a quiet and wholesome atmosphere in school.
Yeah:)They are just simple things to say but hard to do. ☻

"Magandang samahan,Tungo sa Maayos at Maunlad na Lipunan"

A society is a group of people living or working together in an ordered community.Everyone of us wants to have a progressive and great society to live in.But the main problem is we don't know how to attain this and because of our laziness and most of all,lack of discipline.Right?
Relationship and communication among human beings complete a society one.Understanding of how society works or ought to work has been througout the years.All this,we should know our responsibility to the better society we want to aim.
Still,we can attain a better society if we should be cooperative and respect to each and everyone.It may serve as a good chain to build up a good leadership.
As a youth in this meaningful world,I therfore conclude that a good society may bring us in a major!major! life.Let us stand together,hold together and face the problems along our way.

Reflection

In this grading period,I've learn again about how to make HTML .To make essays and post those we made about the celebration on the last year and this year.We make also exer. 1-8 and I thought exer's are hard to understand or hard to do.As simple as those we made makes me confuse.In entering this year, I am expecting again to learn more a lot of ideas to our adviser Ma'am Eve.Therefore I conclude that computer subject will give us more information in our daily life.

''New Year,New Promises''

2010 is over...Let us begin again a new life,with a new hope,and with a new existence.Resolution is a promise.It is a promise that you make to yourself.It is a tradition for people like me to make resolutions at the beginning of a new year.And I want to make this year different.

New year has always seemed to me a beginning of a new cycle or a new path of self-development.But I never write detailed resolutions having only abstractive understanding of my plans for future.This year will end with a following resolution.First,I want to become a better person and I would like to manage some situations on my own,without relying upon the others advice or opinion.Then, I will work hard for my studies.Still,I would like to become more honest with myself.I also use this technique to justify my own mistakes,yet I should simply accept myself as a human.Because this is most trustworthy way of gaining experience and knowledge .Lastly,I would like to be patient and to be kind to everyone,but I can't promise that I will be kind to those people who are abusing my kindness.

I could not promise but I would try my very best to fulfill my resolution. May this year to me be filled with warmth and good cheer.And may good Lord guide me for the happiness and success that I deserve.
